FREE PARK SHOW (7.25.26)

Los Angeles! We’re back on Saturday, July 25th for a free, all ages daytime concert at the highly treasured and shaded La Tierra de la Culebra ArtPark in Highland Park. 

Black Flute Brigade, a newly formed flute quartet, opens up the afternoon with celestial arrangements of jazz, soul & R&B classics.  Then legendary reedist & composer Vinny Golia leads a 19-person large ensemble featuring a massive horn section with six saxophones, three trumpets, three trombones, & tuba, vibraphone, guitar, and more. 

This event begins at 1:00 PM and is open to the public. We recommend carpooling/ridesharing if possible, as parking on the residential street is limited. There will be packable lunches for sale from Gu Grocery + coffee/drinks provided by Senses :) 

Come early and bring friends/family/pets for an afternoon of adventurous music. Limited prints of this fantastic hand-drawn poster by Nicholas John W. will be available to purchase at the merch table.
